You have spent months preparing for the trade show, getting together all of the brochures and giveaway items, and designing the perfect trade show booth. After all of the hard work that you have put into it, you are probably expecting your exhibit to be crowded with visitors, right? Well, there’s a little more to being successful at conventions than just showing up with a display system. With these tips, you will definitely be a hit at the event.

Less is More

When it comes to your graphics, less clutter can have a bigger impact. With such a limited amount of time at the trade show, you will probably want to give attendees as much information about your company and products as possible. Save that information for your brochures and not your graphics. Keep text short and sweet, with no more than one or two sentences, and by using one or two large photos instead of several small pictures will be easier for attendees to see and understand from the trade show aisle.

Use Repetition Throughout the Trade Show Display

Before the event, decide what message you want to convey to your audience and stick with it. This same message should be displayed on the booth and any promotional materials you’ll be handing out to visitors. This will increase your chances of being remembered long after the trade show has ended. Consider using your company’s motto or the same image for all trade show materials for a memorable booth.
